What are my payment options?
You can use your credit card to pay for lessons booked via our web site. For package and group lessons not available for booking online, we will invoice you before your course starts. You must pay by card or bank transfer before your first lesson.
When can I take my lessons?
Our normal teaching hours are between 8am and 8pm CET Monday to Friday. We can work outside those hours at our discretion.
How do I schedule a lesson?
Individual and package lessons booked through the web site are scheduled at the time of purchase. Bookings can be managed via the link in the confirmation email.
How do I reschedule a lesson?
Lessons can be rescheduled free of charge up to 12 hours before the lesson start time, otherwise a 10% rescheduling fee will be incurred. Bookings can be managed via the link in the confirmation email.
How do I cancel a lesson?
Lessons can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the lesson start time, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Bookings can be managed via the link in the confirmation email.
What happens if I miss a lesson?
The lesson is lost. We do not offer refunds for missed lessons.
